A. Please submit an enquiry through the online contact form. Alternatively call our customer service centre on 0345 00 00 400. For out of hour's emergencies and technical support and guidance, contact our support centre and one of technical engineers will arrange a time to provide on-site support.

Q. Where can I purchase Automation Products?
A. You can purchase any automation product from any of the manufacturers on our website, current and obsolete. Alternatively, if you require a custom application or need a specific item, you can contact our customer service team and they will source out and locate the parts you are after.
Q. How can I find the price and availability of an item?
A. To check on prices and the availability of automation products and parts, feel free to contact our support centre and they will provide you with a quotation on the parts you need.
Q. How do I order the goods and have the order added to my account?
A. Contact our customer service centre by, telephone, email or fax to create a purchase order. Once your details have been confirmed and the item has been sourced, an order will be automated added to your account.
Q. How long will delivery take for an item shown 'in stock'?
A. Items that are shown as 'in stock' and are submitted before 3pm Mon-Fir (excluding Bank Holidays) will be sent out by standard carriage. If you need items sent by next working day, an express carriage can be attributed. For more information on delivery dates and carriage charges feel free to contact our customer service team.
Q. How long will delivery take for an item shown 'not in stock'?
A. If you order an item with a zero stock value, then delivery will be dependent on the lead time from the manufacturer. We will, however acknowledge receipt of your order and, at this time indicate the approximate delivery date.
Q. If I pay be credit card, when will my card be debited?
A. Your credit card will be debited immediately. On receipt of your order we will send you, within one working day, an acknowledgement stating the approximate delivery date of your order.
Q. How do I buy goods if I do not have a UK address?
A. If you do not have a UK delivery address, then you will need to contact us to obtain a delivery cost. The price of the goods will not be affected (with the exception of VAT which would not be included). All payments for overseas customers must be made by bank transfer, for which details will be sent with the quotation.
